§ Mr. Peter BottomleyMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State attended the ministerial meeting of the ICAO council on 15–16 February. We explained to my hon. Friend for Spelthorne (Mr. Wilshire) on 21 February at column556 that the purpose of that meeting was to agree work which member states will take forward through CAO rather than individually.
