To ask the Attorney-General what is the latest figure for the estimated spending in 1988–89 by the Lord Chancellor's Department on(a) television advertising, (b) radio advertising, (c) newspaper advertising and (d) other promotional material; and what is the 1989–90 budget for each of these categories of spending.
