§ Mr. HurdThe latest estimate of Home Office spending for 1988–89 is as follows:
£ million (a) Television advertising 1.8 (b) Radio advertising 0.1 (c) Press advertising 3.2 (d) Other promotional activity (including poster advertising; printing and distribution; film/video/ TV filler production; displays/exhibitions and market research). 3.3 It is not yet possible to say how the publicity budget will be allocated in 1989–90, but total expenditure is likely to be about £9.7 million.
