§ The Prime MinisterThe Department of Education and Science has issued guidance to departments on work experience in general and this includes advice on liability and insurance requirements. The Training Agency does not issue specific guidance to Government Departments regarding personal accident insurance cover for pupils on TVEI work experience placements.
