§ Mr. MellorI intend to lay regulations amending the National Health Service (Travelling Expenses and Remission of Charges) Regulations, to take effect from 10 April. The amendments will apply only to claims made after that date. Claims currently stockpiled will be assessed under the existing regulations when the problem referred to in my reply to the hon. Member on 7 March, at column491, has been resolved.
