To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster (1) what action his Department took to discourage the head postmaster at Edinburgh from recruiting casual staff, contrary to the Conduct of Employment Agencies Regulations 1976, from the McGregor employment agency, Edinburgh during the DRAS post office dispute in August to September of 1988;
