§ Mr. RentonUlster Cablevision has the Cable Authority franchise to provide cable television to 136,000 homes in Belfast. This franchise is not operational yet. In addition, the Cable Authority has authorised a number of satellite master antennae television systems in Northern Ireland. Information on the number of households connected to such systems is not readily available.
