§ Mr. MellorWe have received about 180 letters since the beginning of March 1988 about medical secretaries. Negotiations are taking place in the administrative and clerical staffs Whitley council on management side proposals which include a scheme to supplement the national pay scales where recruitment and retention problems are experienced.
