§ Mr. FreemanI presume that the hon. Member is referring to proposals for re-organising the management arrangements for health services in Easington. There are no hospital closures involved. Acute psychiatric in-patient accommodation will be transferred from Winterton hospital to Cherry Knowle hospital, which will significantly improve access for patients from north Easington. Overall, the package increases expenditure on health care for the people of Easington.
