§ The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Department of Energy (Baroness Hooper)The products of all reprocessing are allocated by dividing the total pro rata to the quantities of plutonium and uranium in the incoming customer's fuel. From 1987, separate civil and non-civil reprocessing operations have been carried out.
