§ Mr. NeedhamIn due course, the census office will arrange publicity to explain the purpose of the census, convey assurances of confidentiality and deal with other aspects of public concern. The office will also arrange the distribution of appropriate leaflets and posters to libraries and other public places, issue an explanatory leaflet about the census and set up a telephone service to deal with inquiries from the public.
