To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what was the last advice he received from the Nature Conservancy Council concerning the practice of blocking of badger setts and digging of fox earths by fox hunters on Foresty Commission land.

[pursuant to his reply, 21 June 1989; c. 127]: The Forestry Commission has an earth stopper's code which is designed to prevent undue interference with badger setts and fox earths.
