§ Mrs. BeckettTo ask the Secretary of State for Social Security whether he will amend paragraph 10 of schedule 2 to the Income Support (General) Regulations 1987 to extend entitlement to the higher pension premium to men aged 60 to 64 years who satisfy the condition of paragraph 12(1)(b) that they have provided evidence of incapacity for 28 weeks.
