§ Mr. Malcolm BruceTo ask the Secretary of State for Transport how many drums or other containers containing chemicals have sunk in waters within 100 miles of the British coast in the last 30 years; how many have been recovered; how many are known to have leaked; and if he will specify the nature of the chemicals(a) known to have leaked, and (b) known to he under water and assumed not to have leaked.
