To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will list the proposals he has received for the relaxation of quality controls for sewage works in Derbyshire.

I refer the hon. Member to the answer my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment gave on 11 May at column520. Applications for these works are being advertised in local newspapers in the areas concerned.
