To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs when the United Kingdom, United States and Soviet Union, as the depository states for the 1963 partial nuclear test ban treaty, last held trilateral discussions on progress of the treaty; and if he will make a statement on the future of the treaty.

§ Mr. Waldegrave
Several bilateral discussions between the depository Governments have taken place recently; we expect that they will meet trilaterally later this month, probably in Geneva.
