§ Mr. SainsburyThe Pochin report related to radiological health and safety specifically at Aldermaston. Since the report, AWE has taken remedial action to deal with the deficiencies found, and has made changes including the training of staff; recruitment and deployment of specialist health and safety, engineering and support staff; continuing additions to the personnel radiation monitoring programmes as modern technology advances; and the addition of a substantial environmental monitoring programme around all AWE sites.
