§ Mr. EggarWe discussed the growing threat from cocaine with our European partners at an extraordinary ministerial meeting of the Council of Europe's Pompidou Group in London on 18–19 May. My right hon. Friend the Home Secretary, announced our willingness to host an international conference in London in 1990 on demand reduction in the context of the threat from cocaine.
