(2) how many prisoners currently in Her Majesty's prisons have been diagnosed as HIV positive.
§ Mr. Douglas HoggOn 12 June 1989 the prison population of England and Wales included 63 prisoners reported as having been identified as HIV antibody positive. A total of 174 such prisoners had been released since reporting began in March 1985.
