§ Mr. Archie HamiltonAt the recent summit all NATO countries, including West Germany, agreed that for the foreseeable future there would need to be deployed in Europe land, sea and air-based nuclear systems, including ground-launched missiles. They also agreed that to remain effective these systems would have to be kept up to date where necessary.
