To ask the Secretary of State for Defence what is the extent in the delay of the contract awarded to AVIMO for the procurement of the TOGS sighting system for main battle tanks; and if any penalty clauses have been put into operation.

Deliveries are some months behind schedule and we shall be seeking redress under the terms of the contract.
