§ Mr. CopeMy Department has published a consultation paper today seeking views on the desirability of extending the jurisdiction of industrial tribunals to cases158W involving breach of employment contract in certain circumstances. The consultation paper, a copy of which has been placed in the Libraries of both Houses, has been sent to a number of interested organisations. The deadline for receipt of comments is 4 August.
