§ Mr. SpearingTo ask the Secretary of State for Transport if any of the new roads being considered by his London assessment studies, or the extension of the North Circular road across the east London river crossing are included in the list of projects for consideration as part of his toll road proposals.
§ Mr. ChannonThe consultants reports on the assessment studies are expected in the summer. It is too early to say what road schemes may flow from the studies and whether any will involve tolls.
