Mr. Robin Cook

To ask the Secretary of State for Health what is the population of each district health authority, the mortality rate for those aged under 75 years in each district health authority and the number of people aged over 85 years in each district health authority.

Estimates of resident population for district health authorities in England at mid-1987 are given in the tables. Mortality rates for particular age groups in each area can be provided only at disproportionate cost.
