§ Mr. LilleyMy right hon. Friend has received a number of representations about the withdrawal of two-star leaded118W petrol by some major oil companies. Many engines which formerly ran on two-star petrol can use unleaded fuel. Those which cannot are able to use four-star leaded petrol without difficulty.
