§ Mr. ScottI regret that we do not collect information about the number of deaf-blind people who have claimed or who arc in receipt of mobility allowance. In view of this and the lack of information about the number of deaf-blind people in the population, it is not possible to provide a reliable estimate of the cost of making the allowance available specifically for deaf-blind people.
