§ Mr. MoynihanThe School Sport Forum, which was established at the request of my right hon. Friends, the Secretaries of State for the Environment and for Education and Science, recommended that county and metropolitan district councils should appoint advisory committees for youth sport. My right hon. Friends are considering this and the other recommendations of the forum.
