§ Mr. RifkindThe report is being considered by my officials. The Government have consulted extensively on968W proposals relating to waste disposal, on which we intend to legislate in the near future. The association's earlier response to our consultation paper on the role and functions of waste disposal authorities in Scotland will be taken into account in that context.
