§ Mr. NeubertThe volunteer reserve forces campaign, which emanated from a recommendation by the national employers liaison committee and which was launched in September of last year, will cost £2 million per annum over a period of five years. It should be stressed that the prime objective of this campaign is to improve retention with the reserve forces of all services. We would, however, hope to see some spin-off on recruitment.
