§ Mrs. Virginia BottomleyA copy will be placed in the Library. The licence will follow the standard form used for all licences in the royal parks. Licences are normally renewed from year to year and I would expect that to be the case for this licence, but my right hon. Friend has no power to grant licences in perpetuity.
