§ Mr. McNamaraTo ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland (1) if he will place a copy in the Library of the report of Sir George Terry on the Royal Ulster Constabulary's investigation into the Kincora boys home;
(2) on what date Mr. Roy Garland informed the Royal Ulster Constabulary that there was reason to believe that crimes were being committed in the Kincora boys home.
