BennettTo ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster what steps he proposes to take to implement the declared policy of his predecessor to ensure that as wide a range as possible of people serve as justices of the peace within the Duchy, what measures he proposes to guard against political imbalance across the numbers of people so appointed; and what steps are taken to ensure the separation of his ministerial and non-ministerial functions in this respect.
