§ Mr. WaldegraveWe have underlined to the Soviet authorities on numerous occasions the urgent need to grant exit visas to the wife and son of George Samoilovich—most recently when I saw the Soviet ambassador on 25 July. We will not let up until the family is reunited outside the Soviet Union.
