§ Mr. McLoughlinThe 150 vessels did not meet any or all of the requirements of schedule 14 of the Merchant Shipping Act 1988 relating to the ownership, management and control of the vessel. Thirty-one of these vessels also could not have been registered because they did not have valid safety certificates.
