§ Mr. WakehamMy Department's new premises at No. 1 Palace street incorporate an electronic building and energy management system using the latest proven technology, designed to run at optimum efficiency all the eletronic and mechanical services, including heating and ventilation, throughout the building. The Property Services Agency has let a contract for the operation and maintenance of the building services, including the building and energy management system. In addition, staff in the Property Services Agency have been trained in the use of the system, and a number of staff from the Department have received training in how to monitor the system.
