§ Mr. RyderThe accommodation at Baynards Cove, Dartmouth, is too large for Her Majesty's Customs and Excise operational needs. The department is therefore seeking alternative smaller accommodation in the Dartmouth area and then to surrender the present building to the Property Services Agency.
