§ Mr. SpellerTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) which beaches along the South Wales coastline between Cardiff and the Gower peninsula conform to the water quality standards of Economic Community bathing water directive 76/160/EEC; and what consideration he has given to the merits of existing and proposed screened sewage outfalls along this coastline;
(2) which beaches on the south Wales coastline within 10 miles of Swansea attain the standards required under Economic Community bathing water directive 76/160/ EEC.
