(2) if he will publish the written guidance issued to armed service units in respect of poll tax payments in England and Wales.
§ Mr. NeubertSuch guidance has already been issued, and I have placed copies in the Library of the House. It has been widely promulgated within the services and substantially reflected in a practice note published by the Department of the Environment. I have no plans for any further publication.
