§ Mr. SainsburyOn 21 June 1989, a cargo of 58.9 kg. of ivory tusks was seized. The importer was fined HK$ 10,000, and the ivory has been mandatorily confiscated in accordance with Hong Kong law. The second case is still sub judice.
