§ Mr MoynihanBristol city council made representations, after it was consulted about the proposed vesting of land at St. Anne's road which is likely to be needed for a road junction improvement. My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment decided not to proceed with the vesting order but to allow an opportunity for negotiation to see whether the development corporation can acquire the land by agreement.
