§ Mr. StrawTo ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what representations he has made to the Government of Kenya concerning that Government's practice that British nationals of Asian Kenyan origin require visas to enter Kenya while other British nationals do not.
§ Mr. WaldegraveImmigration procedures for entry into Kenya are a matter for the Kenyan Government. However, our High Commission has made regular representations to the Kenyans on this subject since Kenya introduced revised visa regulations in 1986.
