§ Mr. RifkindI have not received any such representations recently. I am, however, aware of the findings of a research study on this subject published this month by theScottish Business Insider magazine. The study demonstrated that there is serious concern among top companies in Scotland at the detrimental effect on the Scottish economy which would be the consequence of constitutional change in Scotland.
