§ Mr. NeedhamI understand that this site, which is owned by Belfast city council, is to be sold later this year, after it has been detoxified to the normal standard. The Carrickfergus Gasworks Preservation Society, which wishes to develop the site as a gasworks museum, will have the opportunity to make an offer for it.
