§ Mr. CopeThe information requested by the hon. Gentleman is contained within the Second Report of the Equal Opportunities Unit of the Northern Ireland Civil Service. The Second Report was published in December 1987 and shows the make-up of the Northern Ireland Civil Service by sex, religion and disability as at 1 January 1987.
Copies of the Second Report were placed in the Library on 17 December 1987.
The following table shows estimated aggregated figures (1985–87) of the religious affiliation of persons of working age in Northern Ireland, derived from the continuous household survey.
