To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will make it his policy to introduce viral infectivity restrictions in Her Majesty's prisons in Scotland; and if he will make a statement.

My right hon. and learned Friend has not thought it appropriate to introduce viral infectivity restrictions in Scottish penal establish-ments, nor are there any plans for their introduction.
