To ask the Secretary of State for Employment if training and enterprise councils may vary the financial terms and conditions of trainees on (i) ET or (ii) YTS; and if he will make a statement.

The detailed arrangements for ET and YTS under training and enterprise councils are currently under consideration. Announcements will be made in due course.
