§ Mr. FreemanThe profiles mentioned in appendix 4 of HC (88)43 are epidemiological overviews of the health status of health authorities' populations. As they are being compiled by health authorities for their own purposes, not for submission to the Department of Health, decisions about publication rest with the health authorities themselves.
