To ask the Secretary of State for Employment how many sites within the London borough of Bexley are subject to the Control of Industrial Major Accident Hazards Regulations; and if he will make a statement.

In the London borough of Bexley one site has been notified to the Health and Safety Executive under the Control of Industrial Major Accident Hazards Regulations 1984. This is Rhone Poulenc Ltd., Crabtree Manor way, Belvedere.
