To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what dates and what locations have been arranged for the second and third preparatory conferences for the fourth review conference of the nuclear non-proliferation treaty.

§ Mr. Waldegrave
The second preparatory committee will take place in Geneva from 11–18 September. The third preparatory committee will be held from 23 April—4 May 1990, also in Geneva.
