§ Mr. Tony Banks
To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will give details of the agreement made between the London residuary body and the London borough of Harrow in respect of the Middlesex Guildhall collection.

§ Mrs. Virginia Bottomley
The agreement will be made by order under the Local Government Act 1985. London boroughs will be consulted about the proposed arrangements.

§ Mr. Tony Banks
To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment who owns the items from the Middlesex Guildhall collection currently on display in the Middlesex Guildhall.

§ Mrs. Virginia Bottomley
The London residuary body.
